Kancelaria Adwokacka. Adwokat Piotr Stączek may prepare a legal opinion in order to determine whether a person is eligible for Polish citizenship by descent. The fee for a legal opinion on eligibility for Polish citizenship ranges between € 250-500 (VAT included), depending on the complexity of the case, in particular on the number of generations, the citizenship of which should be examined.
In order to prepare such an opinion, we request the Client to send us all necessary information. In case we conclude that a person has not acquired Polish citizenship by birth, there is no need to pursue the proceedings.
In case of a positive conclusion, we offer legal representation in further legal proceedings.
Kancelaria Adwokacka. Adwokat Piotr Stączek charges € 900 (VAT included) for legal representation in the first instance administrative proceedings.
For this fee, we would in particular:
- draft and file a petition instituting the administration proceedings;
- inform the Client of the progress of the case;
- handle correspondence with the relevant administrative authority;
- submit evidentiary motions.
The Client would be requested to deliver, at the request of the Law Office, any information and documents necessary to conduct the case and to cover expenses necessary to conduct the case, in particular the cost of translations, court fees, stamp duties, administration fees and taxes.
We also offer assistance in registering foreign birth/ death/ marriage certificates in Poland, in searching the state archives in Poland, etc. for a separate fee.
