As a result of changes to stamp duty regulations, stamp duty fees for Polish citizenship cases will increase from August 1, 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirmation of Polish citizenship &#8211; currently PLN 58, from August 1, 2025 &#8211; PLN 277<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition as a Polish citizen &#8211; currently PLN 219, from August 1, 2025 &#8211; PLN 1,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granting Polish citizenship (application filed in Poland) &#8211; currently NO FEE, from August 1, 2025 &#8211; PLN 1,669<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renunciation of citizenship (application filed in Poland) &#8211; currently NO FEE, from August 1, 2025 &#8211; PLN 1,669<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The increase in stamp duty fees for Polish citizenship confirmation and recognition as a Polish citizen is clearly visible.
