Seizure of a conviction and recognition as a Polish citizen

Po”Threat to the protection of public safety and order” should be understood as such an attitude of a foreigner and his manner of behavior that conflict with the legal order in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland. A threat to the protection of public safety and order may be any attitudes of a foreigner and his behavior that conflict with the legal order in force in Poland. Even if a given person, as a result of a seizure of a sentence, the sentenced person may present himself as unpunished and should be treated as such. This does not mean, however, that in every legal situation in which such a person will appear, the fact of a previous offense cannot be assessed individually by the authorities adjudicating in the individual case.
