The principle of permanence of citizenship

   Annulment of the decision confirming the possession of Polish citizenship pursuant to art. 156 § 1 point 2 k.p.a. it is legally permissible, but requires taking into account the constitutional principle of relative inalienability of Polish citizenship and the resulting ban on deprivation of citizenship. This means that the annulment of the decision confirming the possession of Polish citizenship, due to a gross violation of the law, can only take place if there is no doubt that the decision infringes the law in a gross manner.
